Dear Vidalia City Schools Families,
To provide an additional layer of safety for our students and staff, beginning Monday, October 19, Vidalia City Schools will implement the VisitU Kiosk system, powered by CENTEGIX, in all school front offices.
What You Need to Know:
Visitors: Bring a valid photo ID (driver’s license or state-issued ID preferred), check in and scan your ID at the kiosk, wear your visitor pass while on campus, and check out before leaving.
Tardy Students: Students arriving late will check in using the kiosk.
Early Checkouts: Parents and guardians will use the kiosk to sign students out.
These simple procedures help us maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and continued partnership in keeping our schools safe. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Great schools are built through collaboration, continuous growth, and a shared commitment to excellence. Our instructional coaches play an essential role in that work by partnering with teachers, strengthening instructional practices, providing meaningful resources and feedback, and encouraging innovation in every classroom.
Their work often takes place behind the scenes, but its impact is felt throughout our schools in the confidence of our teachers, the quality of instruction, and the success of our students.
We deeply value our instructional coaches and appreciate the expertise, encouragement, and unwavering support they provide each day. Thank you to our instructional coaches for investing in our educators and making an impact across Vidalia City Schools.
